1. Applicability

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via the Arumé Paris website.

1.2 By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1.3 Arumé Paris reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version applicable is the version in force at the time the order is placed.

3. Product Information

3.1 Arumé Paris strives to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and prices are as accurate as possible.

3.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3.3 Obvious errors, mistakes, or typographical errors do not bind Arumé Paris.

4. Prices

4.1 All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

4.3 Arumé Paris reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

5.2 Available payment methods are displayed on the website.

5.3 Arumé Paris reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use of payment methods is suspected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Orders are shipped via La Poste or other selected delivery partners.

6.2 Delivery times are provided as an indication only and may vary. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation, unless legally required.

6.3 The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information. Arumé Paris is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

7.1 In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, unless an exception applies (see Return & Refund Policy).

7.2 Returned products must be:

unused
in original condition
in original packaging, including all accessories and labels

7.3 The return address will be provided by email after the return request has been approved. This address is not the same as the registered office.

7.4 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

7.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

8. Warranty

8.1 All products are subject to the statutory legal warranty as provided under EU and Dutch law.

8.2 The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

improper or careless use
normal wear and tear
failure to follow product instructions

9. Liability

9.1 Arumé Paris is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of data, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9.2 Arumé Paris’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

10.1 Arumé Paris processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to strikes, transport disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, or government measures), Arumé Paris may suspend or postpone its obligations.

11.2 Arumé Paris is not liable for any damage resulting from force majeure situations.
