Return & Refund Policy – Aurumé Paris

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason, unless an exception applies as described below.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Sale / discounted items that are clearly marked as “Final Sale – non-returnable” at the time of purchase

• Hygiene or personal care products if the seal has been broken after delivery

• Products that are used, damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition

• Products that are not returned in their original packaging, including all labels and accessories

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these exceptions.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The product is unused and in original condition

• The product is returned in its original packaging

• All labels, accessories, and included items are intact and present

• The return shipment is properly packaged to prevent damage

Arumé Paris reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. How to Request a Return

Returns must be requested in advance by email.

Please include:

• Full name

• Order number

• Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Arumé Paris is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

• Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the return is due to an error made by Arumé Paris (e.g. wrong item sent)

6. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

If the return does not comply with the return conditions:

• the refund may be partially or fully refused, or

• the item may be returned to the customer at their own expense

7. Important Notes

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Returns sent without approval will not be processed

• This policy applies only to purchases made via the official Arumé Paris website
